We deliver free of charge within Germany with DHL.

For shipping within the EU we will charge 18 Euro,

Import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the Germany are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your item or any shipping fee.  Please check the requirements of your country prior to making a purchase.

After shipping you will receive the tracking number of the shipment and can track it.

Safe packaging is important to us. If, contrary to expectations, a shipment arrives damaged, please have this confirmed by your courier. If the goods are clearly damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Especially when broken glass is noticeable during the handover.
